Domaine de Fondrèche 

Almost leant against the Mont Ventoux, the Domaine de Fondrèche is located in Maran, in the Var département. The winemakers’ leitmotiv is to make wines that are close to nature. This is why they have chosen to produce organic wines, using biodynamics. To them, harmony between earth, sky and man constitutes the perfect blend. This philosophy results in fresh, incredibly lively wines, enriched by a strong minerality. The taste is very fruity and mineral, with a good length on the palate.
