Maison Delas & Frère 

The maison Delas, created in 1835, has been taken over by champagne Roederer and has been seriously upgraded since then. New small concrete vats (and no longer in steel) have been purchased, new winery for the use of gravity… all these investments aim at looking for wines of an optimum quality. The vineyard is on the right track to find back its yesteryear splendour.
