Château de Saint Cosme 

This is one of the oldest wine estates of the Rhône valley (and thus of FRANCE): some information dating back from the 11th century have been found. The domaine still conserves old stone vats, carved on the very rock. Familial wine estate since 1490, the vineyard has seen the succession of 15 winemaker generations. The domaine has used organic farming since 1972. Today, it is 54-acre large and covers 3 appellations. The vineyard also produces 5 other wines, on the Northern Rhône valley.
