Domaine Yvon Métras 

Yvon Métras has made wine since the end of the 80s. Located in Romanèche-Thorins, his 12-acre vineyard is a model in organically growing grapes to make biodynamic wine. The old vines (some of them date back from 1898) produce a unique wine, which does not seems to be degraded over time. You have to taste this!
