Developed and produced since 2007 from a close collaboration between the finest sommeliers of France and the Carthusian Fathers, this golden-yellow Chartreuse enriches the outstanding range of the renowned distillery. The ingredients remain unchanged: sugar, water, plant substances, and alcohol.

Syrupy, smooth, complex, and fresh — adjectives abound to describe this refined, rare, and high-quality product. The alcohol in no way detracts from the experience. You’ll find notes of ginger, candied citrus, mint, licorice, gentian, mango, and some even say fennel.

Its complexity is beyond question. On the palate, the finish reveals a remarkable freshness. It is best enjoyed at a temperature between 5 and 6°C. We recommend storing it upright, in a dry place away from light. It is both important and incredible that such an illustrious and historic house as Les Caves de Chartreuse has succeeded in creating a new addition to its catalogue.

All of this without clashing with the rest of the range — both in terms of the bottle and its contents.
